Delivery & shipping

As soon as your order has been sent on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email with a tracking link. You can use it to track where your parcel currently is at any time.

Please note:
Sometimes a parcel may take a little longer – for example during periods of high shipping volume. In most cases, however, it will arrive within a few days.

If you cannot find a shipping confirmation (feel free to check your spam folder as well), or if your parcel has been on the way for an unusually long time, simply contact us at info@adelheidladen.de. We’ll be happy to help and track down your parcel.

With one click on the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, you will be taken directly to DHL shipment tracking. There you can see where your parcel currently is at any time.

Our tip:
With the DHL app, you can keep an easy eye on your delivery.

Not at home on the delivery day?
No problem. You can often redirect your parcel easily – for example to a parcel shop, to your neighbours, or to another delivery day.
Usually, all you need is your postcode – all available options will be shown to you directly.

Where was my parcel delivered?
In the shipment tracking, you can usually see who accepted your parcel.
If you cannot find any information, it is worth taking a quick look with your neighbours or at the nearest parcel shop.

Why does it say “return shipment”?
This means your parcel is unfortunately on its way back to us – for example, if it could not be delivered or was available for collection for too long.
In this case, please contact us and we will find a good solution together.

If you cannot get any further with the shipment tracking, simply write to us via our contact form.
We will be happy to help – so your parcel can still find its way to you.

Sometimes it simply is not quite right – and that is perfectly okay.

You will find a returns form inside your parcel.
Please fill it out briefly and include it with your return – this helps us process everything quickly.

For the return, simply use the enclosed DHL return label and attach it to the outside of your parcel. You can then conveniently drop it off at a DHL acceptance point.

Our small contribution to sustainability
Every return means additional shipping – and therefore also more impact on our environment.
For this reason, we charge a contribution of €3.00 for returns.

We hope you understand – and perhaps it also helps to choose your orders even more consciously.

As soon as your return has arrived with us, we will take care of the refund as quickly as possible.

Did you perhaps order a personalized item? These items are excluded from exchange.

Or did you order from abroad? Unfortunately, we do not provide free return labels for international returns.

However, if you would like to return the goods for a reason other than an exchange and you do not have a returns form, please feel free to contact us by email at info@adelheidladen.de.
